This quilt project features a girl for each month from the 2010 collection of Calendar Girls. Each block is appliquéd and then stipple stitched with batting in-the-hoop. The heart stippled half blocks and flower mini-corner blocks are also created in-the-hoop with batting, stitched one at a time or in groups as shown. Once the blocks are complete they are then strip pieced together with narrow sashing. Complete instructions, with appliqué directions, are included. The finished quilt measures approximately 55 x 42" when the blocks are sewn together as shown in our sample quilt.

This set is only available in ART, EXP and PES formats and requires a 5x7 and 6x10 hoop although the single mini-corner block will also fit into a 4x4 hoop. The girl blocks, mini-corner heart stippled block set; 10x3" heart stippled block and the 6x3" heart stippled block set require a 6x10 hoop. The single 6x3" heart stippled block will fit in a 5x7 hoop.

(Please note - the 3D fabric flowers embellishing the quilt are from the Pretty Posy design set and are not included with this quilt project.)

Our Search Box appears at the top right of every page.

There are 3 ways to use it:

1. Search
Choose the type of product you are looking for: This is pre-set to Designs and will automatically search all embroidery designs on our site. You can choose from the drop down list to refine your search to one type of product, eg "Tutorials" or make it broader eg "All Products"

Enter a search word: Easy - just click in this box, type in your search word and click on the GO button. Type in lowercase and don't use plurals, Don't use words like "the" or "and". Use American spelling.

You will see pictures of the designs found that match your search. Click on the pictures you are interested in to see the designs in full and all the details you need to know (description, size, price, special offers, etc).

2. Choose a category
Instead of searching for a word, choose one of our quick category searches from this drop down list. Then choose a sub-category from the box on the right. By clicking between the category list that on the left and the sub-category list on the right, you can see pictures of all our items. This is a great way to find what you want at Secrets.

3. Choose a designer
Another alternative is to select one of our designers from the drop down list, and can visit their specific website.
