Transferring Designs using a USB Stick - Free Tutorial

By Carolyn Duncan

When Carolyn upgraded her Designer 1 to the SE with a USB stick she was so pleased that she no longer needed to use floppy disks to get designs to her sewing machine.

Like many keen embroiderers, she had been using the Disk Manager software from Version 5 days through the evolution to VIP then 3D and now the 4D Software.  Carolyn purchased the 4D software at the same time as the SE and just assumed that the USB Disk Manager was used to transfer designs to the USB stick. It is, if you have the Designer 1USB but the techniques are quite different if you have the SE, Diamond or Opal.

After receiving several requests for assistance on this topic, Carolyn has now developed this free tutorial.

Use Carolyn's straight-forward, step-by-step instructions to ensure you get the best advice on both transferring and storing designs.
