Materials Required:
Stiffened craft felt for frame as well as regular felt and fabric scraps for appliqué details. All designs stitched on 2 layers of water soluble Vilene. All frames are the same size: 3.85 x 3.82 inches. Color changes and appliqué instructions included in text file format
