These creative thread catchers from from Birdhouse Cottage Crafts are made completely in the 5x7 hoop. Thread Catchers are incredibly useful for taking to class, having next to your sewing or embroidery machine or for doing handwork while travelling.
When you have clipped a bit of thread off, just 'throw' it towards your open Thread Catcher. You only need a small amount of the thread to connect with the catcher for it to stay. Fold your Thread Catcher over and take it home from class, or to the bin to clean. So tidy! Every hand or machine sewer and embroiderers can use one of these. Also makes a great gift.
