Hope Yoder is an author, designer and sewing instructor who specializes in heirloom sewing and loves to incorporate traditional heirloom techniques and machine embroidery into romantic ladies clothes and accessories.

She has written two books entitled:  "Embellished Heirloom Treasures" and “Victorian Dreams Heirloom Shirt”.  Hope has created a new series of machine embroidery CD’s called Heirloom Embellishments which feature traditional heirloom techniques re-created in the embroidery hoop using some special techniques and English cotton netting.

Hope's work has been featured on the cover of Sew News, Designs in Machine Embroidery and Clotilde’s Sewing Savvy magazine. She also writes for Australian Machine Embroidery, Creative Machine Embroidery, Sew Beautiful and House of White Birches.  Hope travels and teaches heirloom workshops at various sewing events such as Husqvarna Viking International Dealer Convention, Pfaff International Dealer Convention, Brother Sews Events just to name a few.
