Embird & Ultimate
The Ultimate Box Plus, Ultimate Card and Embird Program.
The only package you will need to be able to get designs from the Internet, to your computer, and sewing machine.
The Single card slot Ultimate Box Plus and dual card Ultimate Box II come with the trial version of Embird embroidery software. The basic Embird program resizes, splits, edits, displays, prints and converts embroidery designs. Embird will enable you to do everything you need to your designs on your computer, before you use them with your machine. Embird, the Ultimate Box Plus or II and Ultimate Card are all you need to be able to use designs both on your computer and machine. Here's how it works...

Download a design to your computer from the Internet, or from a disk.

Edit it with your embroidery software, such as any version of Embird, PE Design, Melco etc.

Save the design to the hard drive of your computer in PES, PEC or HUS format.

Transfer the selected embroidery design to the Ultimate card.

Next, simply place the card into your embroidery machine and… Happy Sewing!
Embird Registration
The Single card slot Ultimate Box Plus and dual card Ultimate Box II come with the trial version of Embird embroidery software. The Embird part of the program expires in 30 days after installation unless the registration key is purchased. Registration numbers are generally sent to you by email and can be ordered from here or can be included as part of The Ultimate Package with great savings.
VERY IMPORTANT! Even after Embird expiration in 30 days, The Ultimate Box operation remains fully functional. No purchase of any licenses or registrations is necessary to continue using the Ultimate box in conjunction with any other than Embird embroidery software.
Ultimate Box and Ultimate Card Compatibility
This Ultimate Box Plus will work with the Brother, Baby Lock, Bernina Deco, Simplicity or Viking/Husqvarna machines.
The Ultimate Box II will work with the Pfaff and Bernina Machines. (Please note if you are using the Embird Software with the Bernina Machines, it can view and edit designs in ART format, but can not convert from other formsts to ART. You will need the Artista Software to do this)

Current Ultimate Box USB Owners
Current Ultimate box owners should upgrade the Ultimate box USB hardware to the Ultimate Box Plus or 2-slot Ultimate Box II if you want to have the box operated from within Embird program. You will have to send you boxes to Vikant for upgrade. If Embird and Ultimate box USB are used as two separate products, no upgrades are needed. Since the serial connection box has been discontinued, there is no upgrade offered to serial box owners. Click Here if you want to upgrade.
