Software
The Ultimate Box PLUS comes with the trial version of Embird embroidery software. The Embird embroidery software will expire in 30 days or 100 uses after installation, unless the registration key is purchased.
VERY IMPORTANT! Even after Embird expiration, The Ultimate Box Plus operation remains fully functional. No purchase of any licenses or registrations is necessary to continue using your Ultimate box with or without any embroidery software.
DOWNLOAD EMBIRD SOFTWARE for the ULTIMATE BOX PLUS
Drivers
Download and save USBDriver.exe on your computer, double click to start WinZip Self_Extractor, click on Unzip button to unzip files in C:\Ultimate_Box_USB_Driver folder.
Connect Ultimate Box to your computer via USB cable, check "Include this location" or "Specified location" in Add New Hardware dialog and use Browse button to point to "C:\Ultimate_Box_USB_Driver" folder, click Next to continue installation.

Software
Please, follow these Instructions to download and install Ultimate Box Software on your computer. Print this page for your reference.
1. UN-install previous versions of Ultimate Box software by going to Start\Programs\UltimateEXPLORER\Uninstall UltimateEXPLORER.
2. Click here to download UltimateExplorer(USB Edition).
3.Choose "SAVE" ("save to disk") at download dialog box.
4.Browse to and select a folder (such as your computer's Desktop) to save UltimateSetUp.exe.
5.Double click on UltimateSetUp.exe to start installation, use Next button to follow the installation process.
Drivers

ULTIMATE BOX with SERIAL Connection

Windows Vista 64-Bit Operating System Driver Update

THIS DRIVER IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THE VISTA-64 Bit OPERATING SYSTEM. WINDOWS XP, XP Pro, 2000 and Vista 32-Bit users do not need this driver.
 Please click on this link to download the Vista-64 driver on your computer, use RUN button to download and start WinRAR Self-Extractor, select c:\ in the Destination folder and click on the Install button to install the driver files and after the process has finished, driver files will be located in C:\UB_Driver_64/ folder.
You may now plug in your Ultimate Box into an available USB port and when Windows "Found New Hardware Wizard" opens, select "Install from a specific location" radio button and choose NEXT.
Point the "Include this location in search" dialog box to C:\UB_Driver_64/ and press NEXT button. The rest of the installation should finish and at this point the light on the Ultimate Box should be ON.
Your Ultimate Box is now recognized by the Operating System and you may install your Software to use the device.
