Many people living in the USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the United Kingdom are people whose ancestory takes them back to Ireland. Many of us still have "Irish Pride" in the country of our origin. We wear green every day of the year and not just on St Patrick's Day. We love Aran Isle sweaters and drink our Guiness Beer.
