Create Your Own My Secrets Account.
Your My Secrets Account is based on your email address. An account is automatically created for you if you place an order with our site, using the email address on the order form.
Use the My Secrets log in button at the top of any page on our site, vist your My Secrets Account area and create a new account, or log-in if you have an existing account.
Log into your My Secrets Account and click through to the Profile and Subscriptions area to update your password at any time.
If you already have an email account (by previously placing an order or registering for a newsletter with our site) but haven't created a password of your choice, use the click here to create one link on the My Secrets Account page.
Alternatively, if you click on the forgot your password link on the My Secrets Account page a computer generated password will be sent to you. You can then log in using this and change it in the Profile area of your account.
Your Email Address.
Use Only One Email Address - Ensure you use the same email address for your newsletter registrations, orders and payments at Secrets of Embroidery. This way all your customer reward points and orders will always show in the one email account.
Email Address for PayPal Payments - Please note: if you are not logged into your My Secrets account with your preferred email, and use a different email address to make your PayPal payment, a new email account will be created with us under the PayPal email address.
Combine Email Addresses - If you have ordered from our site using more than one email address, (or made your payment via PayPal with a different email address) you may want to combine the orders so that all your orders and points are together. You must log in to your account with the email address you no longer want to use. Then click through to Profile where you can combine email accounts.
Change your Email Address - If you have a new email address, just log into your account with your old email address and update your details under the Profile area.
Trouble With Your Log-In?
Delete your Cookies. If you have trouble with your log-in to your account, it could be due to your cookies, or temporary Internet files not refreshing, and enabling you to load a fresh page.
To change this you need to first open Internet Explorer, go to Tools Menu, and then Internet Options. Make sure the General Tab is selected. Now click on the Delete Cookies button, and the Delete Files buttons. These will delete any cookies or internet files your computer is keeping in memory.
Check your Security Settings. Your security setting may be interfering with your log in. To change this, open Internet Explorer, go to the Tools Menu and then Internet Options. Then click on the Privacy Tab. There is a slider here that you can use to change your level of security. We use Medium. Try temporarily changing yours to Medium or lower and then log in again.
