Teapot Towel Topper Tutorial
Your design allows you to use it with or without the loop. Here we have the finished product. Note the loop is separate. When using the design as it is, you can hang the topper from a little hook. Using the loop you can hang your topper from a rod.
You can attach your towel to the "topper" in various ways. The two most popular ways are with press studs or with Velcro. I use Velcro as it is the easiest to attach.
Here you can see the lovely neat appearance of the Velcro.
All the loops are color matched to your specific design. That way you can always alternate in the methods how you attach your topper. When you sell or give them as gifts, this feature also provides the recipient with a choice on how to use them. To attach the loop, simply allign the 3 holes and stitch a button on either side of the topper. (front and back of the topper) Remember to stitch the front button to the button at the back, not to the topper.
