Customer Points

Welcome to our Customer Rewards Program!

Earn Customer Points. Now you can earn points while shopping at Secrets! Become a customer and we'll reward you for coming back to us again and again! For every dollar you spend at Secrets, you will receive customer points. You don't need to spend any extra - it's all about where you shop, not how much you spend.

There's no need to register - membership is automatic and free. As soon as you make a purchase at Secrets you'll start receiving points. Our website will recognize you when you come back and shop with us again. For every $20 you spend at Secrets, you receive 7 points. Your points are converted to Secrets Dollars and are automatically added to your Secrets Bank. You can check your balance online at anytime, and when you have more than 70 points, simply go shopping at Secrets with your Secrets Dollars.

Your points are valid for 2 years. It's a great way for us to say "Thank you for shopping at Secrets"!

Spending Your Secrets Dollars
Log into your My Secrets Account and click through to My Secrets Bank area before you start shopping.

Click on the Go Shopping Button (this will be showing below when you have earned at least 70 points and have enough Secrets Dollars to spend)

Choose the item you want to purchase from the Secrets Website, add it to your cart and go to the checkout.

Type the Secrets Dollars amount you wish to spend on your order in the box shown at the checkout.

Click the Update button at the checkout. The Secrets Dollars will then be deducted from your payment, and your My Secrets Bank.

Managing Your Secrets Dollars

Log into your My Secrets Account and click through to My Secrets Bank area.

Ensure all your points are showing there and don't expire.

You may have ordered using a different email address. If so, combine your orders so all your Customer Points, are together under the one email address. There is a form on the My Details page that allows you to do this.

Your points are only valid for 2 years from the date ordered, and will not show when expired.

Our customer rewards started at the end of October 2004. Orders prior to this don't qualify.

Find What You're Looking For

Our Search Box appears at the top right of every page.

There are 3 ways to use it:

1. Search
Choose the type of product you are looking for: This is pre-set to Designs and will automatically search all embroidery designs on our site. You can choose from the drop down list to refine your search to one type of product, eg "Tutorials" or make it broader eg "All Products"

Enter a search word: Easy - just click in this box, type in your search word and click on the GO button. Type in lowercase and don't use plurals, Don't use words like "the" or "and". Use American spelling.

You will see pictures of the designs found that match your search. Click on the pictures you are interested in to see the designs in full and all the details you need to know (description, size, price, special offers, etc).

2. Choose a category
Instead of searching for a word, choose one of our quick category searches from this drop down list. Then choose a sub-category from the box on the right. By clicking between the category list that on the left and the sub-category list on the right, you can see pictures of all our items. This is a great way to find what you want at Secrets.

3. Choose a designer
Another alternative is to select one of our designers from the drop down list, and can visit their specific website.
