Applied Flowers are 3-D embroidery designs. They are very simple to make and yet achieve stunning results! These designs can be used for home decor or fashion. Complete directions are included with the color charts. There are 2 sets of different applied flowers on this page, and each set comes in two sizes. Scroll down to see them all.
Petite Applied Flowers
More Applied Flowers, a bit different and very suited for petite projects. The stems and leaves of these applied flower designs are embroidered, the flower petal part of the designs are stitched separately and attached at the centers. This design set coordinates delightfully with the Applied Bug design set! The flower design in this set has more defined petals, scaled slightly smaller than the flower design in the Applied Flower set. You can use the Flower designs in the Applied Flower set with the Flower stem designs in this set. Complete directions are included.
Petite Applied Flowers 4x4
The 4x4 sized set includes all the necessary parts to make the pictures shown. This set consists of 9 designs; Flower Center (for applying single flowers without the stems); Flower; 2 Flower Stems with centers included; Lilac Petal; Lilac Petals (20 petals in a 4x4 hooping); 3 separate Lilac Stems with lilac petal placements included. |

Petite Applied Flowers 5x7
The 5x7 sized set includes all the necessary parts to make the pictures shown. This set consists of 12 designs; all of the 4x4 designs as well as 1 more Flower Stem; A set of 6 Flowers in a 5x7 hooping and a Flower Patch (includes all three stems in one hooping). |

Applied Flowers
The daisy and flower petals are complete flower shapes in small, medium and large sizes. They can be layered for a full flower, or used individually. The Joined Leaves are three leaves joined in the center to be used under a flower or daisy design. The single leaves can be used for the stem designs and the border designs. Two layers of flower petals were used with the 4x4 and 5x7 Stem designs to decorate the little jean skirt. The 5x7 Flower Border design was used for the purse. All of the petal and leaf designs were used to make the cuffs and collar of the lace jacket, and they were applied by hand using beads for the centers of the flowers.
Applied Flowers 4x4
The 4x4 set includes 14 separate designs: Three sizes of Daisy petals; Three sizes of Flower Petals; Two sets of Joined Leaves; A Single Leaf; Four Single Leaves placed in one hooping; Two Center designs and Two Stem designs. The can be constructed to make the designs shown in the 4x4 pictures. |

Applied Flowers 5x7
The 5x7 set consists of 18 designs, including all of the 4x4 designs as well as: Two 5x7 Stem designs and Two Border designs as shown in the 5x7 pictures.
