Oriental Applique

Oriental Purse Fronts ( 5x7 Applique)
These three oriental applique designs are especially created to be purse fronts. They will fill the sewing area of the 5x7 hoop, and when made into a finished purse, measure approximately the same.
These designs also include the same three purse fronts, reduced slightly and framed with an applique satin stitch frame. Directions on how to use this frame to attach the design to another project are included in the color chart.
As you can see in the sample pictures, they can also be applied to purchased bags...or you can use them on pillows, make them into cosmetic bags, or whatever your imagination desires! The sewing instructions for both the purchased bag and the little shoulder bag are included, as well as applique instructions for each design.
Oriental Change Purses ( 4x4 Applique)
Oriental Change Purse Applique Designs are companion pieces to the Oriental Purse Front Designs. As you can see, they are not limited to being change purses...they also make lovely little sachets or tiny pocket books. Or you can glue them to small straw handbags, or use them to cover the top of a petite box! These three Change Purse designs are sized to fit a 4x4 and 5x7 hoop.
The 5x7 set of designs includes the three Oriental Change Purses enlarged to approximately 5"x5" and framed with an applique satin stitch frame. Directions on how to use this frame to attach the design to another project are included in the color chart. Instructions for sewing the change purses and sachets are included, as well as applique directions.
Oriental Applique Designs
Oriental Applique Designs are especially designed to compliment the Oriental Purse Front and Change Purse designs. They are all applique designs. The 5x7 size has the Butterfly, Dragon Outline in two sizes, Dragon in two sizes, Large Dragon Fan, Small Plain Fan and the Peony. The 4x4 size has the Butterfly, Dragon Outline, Dragon, Small Plain Fan and Peony. Applique Instructions are included with the color charts.
