Payment Options

Paying For Your Order At Secrets.

Before making your payment you will need to browse our site and add the designs and tutorials of your choice to your shopping cart then go to the checkout.

When you are ready to checkout and pay for your order select either the PayPal or credit card option in the box on the right hand side of the checkout screen, then click on the Checkout button to complete your purchase.

Both PayPal and credit card payments are processed through the PayPal secure server.

Credit Card Payments.
If you choose to pay by credit card you will need to enter your billing information into the form as shown below.

PayPal Payments.
If you already have a PayPal account simply log in to PayPal using the login form as shown below.

Is PayPal Safe To Use?
PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention.

When you use PayPal your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be sent a receipt for this transaction by email.

What Currency Are Your Prices In?
All our prices are in USD. We have digitizers in Australia, Canada, UK, South Africa and America , and our customers are all over the world. Becasue of this, we keep our prices in one currency and USD is the most popular. If you would like to convert from USD to another currency here is a link to a site that allows you to convert the prices easily. http://www.xe.com/ucc/

If you are in a country outside the US, PayPal will show your conversion rate during the payment process. You can see exactly what you will be charged in your local currency.

Find What You're Looking For

Our Search Box appears at the top right of every page.

There are 3 ways to use it:

1. Search
Choose the type of product you are looking for: This is pre-set to Designs and will automatically search all embroidery designs on our site. You can choose from the drop down list to refine your search to one type of product, eg "Tutorials" or make it broader eg "All Products"

Enter a search word: Easy - just click in this box, type in your search word and click on the GO button. Type in lowercase and don't use plurals, Don't use words like "the" or "and". Use American spelling.

You will see pictures of the designs found that match your search. Click on the pictures you are interested in to see the designs in full and all the details you need to know (description, size, price, special offers, etc).

2. Choose a category
Instead of searching for a word, choose one of our quick category searches from this drop down list. Then choose a sub-category from the box on the right. By clicking between the category list that on the left and the sub-category list on the right, you can see pictures of all our items. This is a great way to find what you want at Secrets.

3. Choose a designer
Another alternative is to select one of our designers from the drop down list, and can visit their specific website.
