Paying for your Order at Secrets.

First you will need to browse our site, and use the Shopping Cart to place your order. When you are ready to checkout and pay for your order choose one of the following options for the payment box as shown to the right, which will be on the right hand side of the checkout.

Is your site secure?

Please click here for more information on online security.

What currency are your prices in?
All our prices are in USD. We are based in New Zealand and our designers are in Australia , Canada , UK, South Africa and America , and our customers all over the world.  If you would like to convert the currency from USD another currency here is a link to a site that allows you to convert the prices easily.  http://www.xe.com/ucc/

We have 3 different Payment Options Available.

Paypal Payments (processed immediately unless your Paypal account is set for e-check payments) Click the Paypal button at the checkout and you will be transferred to the Paypal website where you can follow the on-screen instructions to pay for your order.

When your Paypal transaction has been completed please wait for your browser to return to our site.  This can take up to a minute. If you don't return to the site we will not know that you have completed your order. You will not receive the email receipt and instructions for downloading any downloadable items, and any other items will not be shipped to you. If your browser does not return automatically there is a link you can click to bring you back.

If you lose connection to the PayPal site and need help, just email us and tell us your PayPal email address, we can then locate your order and send the download instructions to you.

Paypal e-checks. Usually Paypal payments are an instant transaction, but sometimes the payment is processed as an e-check.

This happens when Paypal doesn't have a record of a current credit card as a back-up to your account (even if you never use it).  It is not something within our control from this end. You could check with your Paypal manager for more information about this.

Regarding e-check payments, this is the advice we have received from Paypal.

"This eCheck payment will remain "Uncleared" until the funds have cleared from the sender's account, which usually takes 4 business days. If you are shipping an item, please do not ship your item until the funds have cleared into your PayPal account."

As soon as Paypal notify us your payment has been cleared, we will update your order and send you a download link.

Credit Card Payments (processed immediately)
Click the Credit Card button in the payment box at the checkout and the following screen will open.

Choose the currency from the drop down menu you would like to pay for your order in.  Then click on the button for the logo of the credit card you are using. We can take any credit cards, shown with the logos below.

You will then be transferred to our secure payment page where you can fill in all your details for ordering. Click the Make Payment button and wait for your payment to be processed.

Once your payment has been made you will be able to follow the directions for downloading.

Credit Cards can be declined for the following reasons.

My credit card was declined and I know there is enough money in the account.  This happens occasionally and does not reflect your "credit status". It is sometimes a problem with a bank which has safety restrictions in place regarding foreign online transactions. In our experience, the owner of the card is not aware of these until it happens. A phone call to your bank usually fixes it.

I tried to pay online. Worldpay gave me a message (W331) card declined.  What does this mean?  The error message [W331] is an authorization failed: (from bank) This type of response corresponds to a decline from the processing bank/card issuer. The authorization process is carried out by the bank and WorldPay has no part in the subsequent decision. The decline message is sent to WorldPay by the bank with no explanation nor justification.  We recommend you check with your bank and make sure they have no restrictions on your card for foreign online transactions or try another card.

These are potential reasons why the card was declined.

  • Purchasing Card.  These cards are issued to companies by banks and other card issuers.  There may be a limit on the type of goods and services that can be purchased with the used of the cards.
  • Debit Cards.  Debit cards like Visa electron, and JCB can only be used for GBP to GBP transactions where payment by the shopper is made in GBP and the settlement currency between Worldpay and the Merchant is in GBP.
  • Currency of Origin of Bank Issuer. Certain Bank issuers permit the cards they issue to be used in the same currency as the country of their origin.
  • Credit card is suspected for fraud.  Card is in the bank's fraud list and cannot be used for online transactions.
  • Transaction value exceeds credit limit balance in card.
  • Random decline by the bank to reduce fraud.  Banks do randomly decline credit cards to reduce occurrence of fraud.

Mail or Fax Payments (processed within 72 hours of receiving your payment)
We are able to accept check payments from the USA, Australia or New Zealand only.

We can only accept checks in your local currency drawn on your local bank,  bank drafts for international use, or US money orders. Checks drawn on US banks should be payable to Insite Corporation, but if you are sending a check from Australia or New Zealand, please make the check payable to Double Vision.

Click on the Mail or Fax button at the checkout and then fill out the form on the next page. Then use the "Click here to proceed" button at the bottom of the page to finish your order.

Our address details and check requirements will then be shown.  You will also be given a confirmation page of your order and order number that you can print out and enclose with your order.  If you are sending a check from New Zealand or Australia you will need to convert the USD amount to your local currency and send the equivalent amount. Alternatively fax the form through with your credit card details.
